Frank Van Dyke – Lawyer

frank-van-dyke Frank Van Dyke has been focused on obtaining fair compensation for the injured and disabled for over two decades.  Whether handling a motor vehicle accident claim or catastrophic injury, disability insurance denial, a disability claim, a WSIB claim or a human rights violation, Frank endeavors to bring a compassionate approach to the law.

Frank understand that being injured and disabled can have a serious emotional and financial toll on clients. His practice is contingency-fee based as clients do not pay fees unless their case is settled.

Joanne Burnie – Legal Assistant

joanne-burnie Joanne was born in Ottawa and moved to Kingston with her husband and two children in 2006. In 2007 Joanne began working as a legal assistant for Frank Van Dyke. Joanne has extensive experience in handling all aspects of personal injury matters and works hard to obtain the maximum compensation for our clients.

In her spare time, Joanne enjoys singing, movies, cooking and spending time with her family.

 


Noileen Feltham – Reception

Noileen Feltham Noileen was born and raised in Newfoundland. She moved to Ontario in the early 1990’s. With over 17 years of experience as a legal administrative assistant and office clerk. Noileen provides support and knowledge in various aspects of legal and accounting background. Noileen has strong organization, communication, time management and problem solving skills with a commitment to excellence and proactive approach to work.

In her spare time, Noileen enjoys baking, dancing and most of all spending time with her family.
