A free consultation can be arranged and appointments are often arranged in the comfort of the client's home. All cases are handled on a contingency fee basis in which there are no costs to the client until the case is resolved or judgement is obtained. Our firm also funds the case by paying for all the necessary litigation related expenses. We endeavour to complete the matter in a timely fashion and will retain all of the appropriate experts at our cost to assist in settlement or trial.
