Frank Edward Van Dyke B.A. (Hons.), L.L.B.
Frank Van Dyke B.A. (Hons.), L.L.B., was called to the Bar in 1993 and holds a Bachelor of Honors degree in History and a Law Degree from Queen's University.
Frank has been involved in many trials in the Ontario Superior Court and has appeared numerous times before the Ontario Divisional Court, the Federal Court of Canada, the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Tax Court of Canada. He has also appeared frequently before the Canada Pension Plan Review Tribunal, the Pension Appeal Board, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the Ontario Disability Support Program appeals process.
Frank is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers
Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association.
Frank handles claims
throughout Southern Ontario
with no payment of fees unless the matter is settled.
