The Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) oversees workplace health and safety in Ontario and administers the Ontario workers compensation system for employers and workers. WSIB Claims
When a worker in Ontario is injured or suffers illness in the workplace, the worker must report the incident/illness and may need to make a WSIB disability claim for income and health benefits.
