Ontario Brain Injury Association
The Ontario Brain Injury Association is a charity founded by Ottawa and Niagara on the Lake parents of acquired brain injury children. It has numerous offices across Ontario. The organization may be able to help in answering questions about acquired brain injury syndrome, rehabilitation programs, financial assistance (ODSP CRP, etc.), and can provide information about the services and benefits you may be entitled to receive, discuss issues that should be raised with medical and legal professionals, explain the often confusing terminology associated with ABI, and provide contact information for the local brain injury community association.
